Join Kirtley Freckleton for a sourdough workshop! This workshop will cover all the steps for making sourdough bread, and which complicated steps you can skip and still make a beautiful loaf for your family. Kirtley's mission is to make sourdough as SIMPLE AS POSSIBLE so that you can succeed.
During this workshop you will learn:
- How to feed and care for a starter, you will get your own starter to feed and a glass jar to take it home in!
- How to make your own dough loaf, which you will take home to rise and bake.
- All four stages of the sourdough journey with different loaves Kirtley has made ahead of the class.
- How and when to mix in additional ingredients to take your sourdough loaf to the next level.
This workshop also includes:
A printed packet with instructions, needed tools and recipes for you to use at home with your starter
A dough whisk for each attendee, and
Access to Kirtley's support after the class to help you with your baking!
