3D Needle Felting Workshop

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the art of 3D needle felting a sculptural fiber technique that transforms loose wool into adorable, dimensional creations. Using barbed felting needles and soft wool roving, we’ll shape, layer, and sculpt your project step by step.

You’ll start by learning felting basics: how the needles work, how to safely sculpt wool, and how to build form from the inside out. From there, you’ll create your own small 3D felted item, think mushrooms, animals, hearts, flowers, or other simple shapes. Simple is best at first.
